📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support HR processes and administrative tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in data entry and analysis to support HR and CRM initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR and CRM teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Assist in organizing HR events and activities.
• Support the implementation of HR and CRM technologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with HR software, preferably Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
