📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support for HRMS system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, documenting each step for future reference.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all support activities and system issues.
• Stay updated with the latest HRMS trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRMS support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, including Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
