📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with resume and cover letter writing, ensuring they are tailored to specific job applications.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help clients improve their interview skills.
• Offer guidance on job search strategies, including networking, online job boards, and professional associations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market changes to provide clients with the latest information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive career support services.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance your career counseling skills.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and their employers, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counseling or a related field.
• Certification in career counseling or a related certification (e.g., Certified Career Counselor, ACC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software (e.g., Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory).
• Experience with resume and cover letter writing.
