📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.
• Monitor sales performance and work closely with the head office to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Manage branch finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or leadership is a plus.
