You’ll leverage tools like SAP EHS and ISO 31000 to ensure our risk management processes are robust and effective. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitoring activities across all business units, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze risk data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and present risk reports to the board of directors, communicating risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management, incorporating relevant knowledge into our framework.
• Train and mentor junior staff on risk management principles and practices.
• Ensure all risk management activities comply with ISO 31000 and other relevant standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector.
• Certification in ISO 31000 or a similar risk management standard is a plus.
• Proficient in using risk management software such as SAP EHS or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the mining and natural resources sector.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
