📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor production output and quality, identifying and reporting any issues or deviations.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery.,Assist in setting up and adjusting production parameters to meet quality and efficiency targets.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and resolve production issues.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Participate in shift meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.,Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.
