In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and providing guidance to junior staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on incoming materials, finished products, and production processes.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Identifying and documenting quality issues, and recommending corrective actions.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Providing training and guidance to junior quality control staff.,Collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the plastics industry is a plus.
