🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Proven track record of success in customer service and relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
