📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Monitor and improve food quality and safety.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Represent the restaurant to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.,Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
