📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.,Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.,Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.,Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production-related role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.,Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
