📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.,Develop brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency in our visual identity.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.,Conduct A/B testing and analyze design performance to optimize results.,Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the design process.,Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.,Proven experience in creating designs for digital and print media.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
