📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Managing the budget and financial planning for the operations department.,Leading and motivating the operations team to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
