📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the home care team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care, team performance, and professional development.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team, providing feedback and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Indonesian culture and healthcare system.
