📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
