Royal Cloud Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental performance against key metrics and KPIs, and report on progress to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the department's activities are aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department, and develop solutions to resolve them.,Ensure that the department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the department's operations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as project management software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
