📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and organizing daily kitchen schedules.,Oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining areas.,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
