Mandiri Textile is looking for an experienced Assistant Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our textile production facility. You will work closely with the Operational Manager to ensure that production targets are met, and that quality standards are maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a leadership role in the textile industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the textile production facility,Ensure that production targets are met,Maintain quality standards and implement quality control measures,Manage and supervise production staff,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Work closely with the Operational Manager to develop and implement operational strategies,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the textile industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with textile production processes and quality control measures,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as needed
