📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in implementing store promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
