📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire release process, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful software deployments.,Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.,Monitor release metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.,Document release procedures, standards, and best practices for future reference.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in the release process.,Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and other relevant standards and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a Release Management or similar role within the IT industry.,Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management best practices.,Proficiency in release management tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.,Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
