📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.,Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine or shipping industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
