📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management,Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles,Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations,Manage and maintain the restaurant's reputation by addressing customer complaints and feedback,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team,Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including operations, marketing, and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
