📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Identify and assess risks to the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.,Review financial statements and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.,Ensure all audits are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
