📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
