Silver Tech Pratama is looking for a Lead SEO Specialist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that our SEO efforts align with our overall business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Monitor website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.,Create and manage SEO content, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions.,Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into website design and functionality.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.,Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics to stakeholders and management.,Train and mentor junior SEO specialists and other team members on SEO best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in improving website rankings and organic traffic.,Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.,Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.,Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
