📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Represent the QC department in meetings and presentations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead QC role or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and outcomes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations.
