📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage the cash register and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Train and mentor junior staff members on coffee preparation and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
