📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and process inspections to verify compliance with manufacturing processes.
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to measure and test materials.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and records using quality management systems (QMS) like SAP QM or similar.
• Identify and document defects or non-conformities, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in incoming material inspection or quality assurance.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as SAP QM, Oracle QM, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
