📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and desserts,Ensure all pastries meet quality and safety standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace,Keep track of inventory and restocking needs,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques,Prepare and present pastries for special events and promotions,Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus
